* Regular maintenance and mechanical failure of rented ice machine is covered under the lease.  Failure of connected or adjacent building systems or utilites could incur some costs if not related to the integrity of rented machinery.*Utilities to be provided by the customer within reasonable proximity to machine location.  Additional materials and labor to connect over 5′ or difficult access for installation or other conditions could incur additional costs.
* In most instances, water treatment is not recommended.  High TDS or hardness may require anti-scale or softening.
* Austin Industrial Refrigeration retains title and all the rights and privileges of ownership of rented machines. Buy-out options are included in lease contracts
