It's nice to work with a builder that works with you. This project with Michael Dean Homes was a pleasure to be involved in.

The indoor cooling units are housed in cabinets that have the appearance of regular storage and give no indication of the machinery contained within.

The images above are a decanting area with wine racks on the right and left (not visible). The image on the right is an adjacent storage room, whose refrigeration is hidden as in the above left photo (cabinet cover not shown).

These systems are commercial grade equipment that are heavily modified in our shop for quiet and dependable operation even in the heat of a Central Texas August, maintaining optimum storage conditions for sensitive (and often valuable) products. Each application is custom specified and rated for the individual project to be provided.
